Since I left NBC’s Biggest Loser Ranch, I have literally transformed my life. I have transformed my life and I have found….”more”. Confidence, Passion, Purpose, Financial Independence. The Biggest Loser wasn’t just an experience of losing weight for me, it was much more! I found out that by losing some of me I actually gained a lot of me. I realized I can do more, be more, and I want to share that with others. I have mentored and am mentoring several people all across the country because I feel like I need to give back. Is what I have to share for everyone?? NO it’s not. I do believe in greatness. I don’t believe in excuses. I do believe in sharing the truth. Sometimes, the truth hurts, but if the truth can help someone like it helped me…than GREAT, I have made a positive impact.
It is no surprise that I have struggled with my weight. My time on NBC’s Biggest Loser was one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my life. I have discovered new ways to eat healthy, enjoy treats (in moderation), and I have re-discovered my confidence. My confidence has always been there….it was just hiding under all my layers of…..insecurities. Did you think I was going to say “fat”! Hah! Sure, I don’t look exactly like I did when I left NBC’s Biggest Loser….who in the world has time to work-out 6 hours a day! However, I have discovered life/weight balance and best of all…I have found my passion and purpose and am pretty happy in my size 10 jeans.
